The formula used to arrive at the cost savings is simple. Calculate the difference in hours saved between the paper-based and electronic formats. Multiply this with the number of permits per day and cost per hour. Then multiply this with 240 (20 days in a month * 12 months in a year).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
