Plans

An unit license is an individual account that allows a user to access the module assigned to him/her by the Administrator.
Power Users have access privileges to approve, reject and close and permissions to edit and delete records. Guest Users have a read-only access with no additional permissions and can only submit a request or a report. With a paid account at Safetymint you can add Unlimited Guest Users.
Yes, you can. As an administrator, you can visit the User Settings and manage your licenses.
You can add individual licenses on top of the package you choose. For example, if you opt for the Micro package, you can add individual license up to 49, after which, you account will automatically get upgraded to the Small package and the discounted rate will apply.
The free trial allows you to explore any or all of the modules included within Safetymint. You can add up to 50 users within your trial account and the usage is unlimited. All the data added during the trial period will be retained when you upgrade your account.
Upon expiry of the 14-day trial period, your account will get deactivated and you won’t be able to login. We may retain your data for a short period, after which it will get automatically deleted from our servers. We do allow for extension of the trial period on a case to case basis. If you need an extension, please email to support@safetymint.com.
Yes, all data and customization on the free trial version will get carried over to the paid version of the software.

Billing

We currently accept payments via Bank Transfer or Check.
The billing cycle starts from the date of your payment.
Yes, we do offer 15% discount for registered non-profits. Please write to us at support@safetymint.com with your organization details.
No, you are not bound by any long-term contract.
Unfortunately, no. If you don’t wish to continue, you may request for a cancellation of your subscription and we will deactivate your account.

Features & Support

  • A site means a location. It can be of your plant, factory, warehouse or branch office.
  • A division is a unit within a site. For example, your factory may be divided into 2 or more divisions.
  • A Department is a sub-unit within a division. For example, the export division in your factory may have 4 departments within it for Stores, Production, Training and Finance.
A User is an individual person. Users assume a Role of an Associate or Safety Manager or Head of Department, depending on your organization structure.
Yes, as an admin, you can add or remove users and plants any time. Please be noted that when you choose to remove data, all associated data may also be removed.
Third party integrations are available only on the Large plan for enterprise customers. Enterprise plan includes integrations like Sign Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Active Directory. We will be adding more integrations in the upcoming weeks.
We provide customer support through email, online chat and phone. We also provide one-hour training session for you senior team over Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
